Every year we experience the wonderful miracle of life here on our farm many times over. Sometimes it happens right under our noses without us knowing. Tonight I found a female Tiger Moth laying her eggs on our front door.

That’s a great picture, but it makes me feel a little uncomfortable, like I shouldn’t be watching poor Mother Moth in such an intimate moment.
Sometimes seeing the birthing process makes you appreciate life more. 🙂
That is sooo awesome! Now, make sure you use the back door, so as not to disturb the babies 😉
